IBC FLEXY-Runner

IBC Track Roller Guides ECO-Runner enable reliable and economical linear movement of assemblies and components, and are characterized by low-maintenance operation, long service life, quiet running and ease of assembly. These features make IBC linear guides indispensable components for systems and machines with low energy consumption.

Compared to telescopic roller bearings, the ECO-Runner carriage system allows much longer running distances, which is given by the length of the support rail, minus the length of the carriage.

The carriages, which can be equipped with up to six track rollers, travel within a C-shaped rigid profile rail.

Here, too, this extremely compact design favours use in tight installation spaces.

The track rollers run backlash-free in suitably profiled raceways in which they are guided precisely, in a precise linear movement over four points of contact. This enables quiet running, even at high loads and operating speeds.

Wipers and seals make the enclosed carriage systems insensitive to contamination of any kind. They guarantee safe and long-lasting functionality of the carriage systems - even in heavily contaminated environments.

ECO-Runners are offered as a modular system with fixed and floating bearing profile rails in various sizes and different designs. This enables compensation of any existing parallelism errors and tolerance compensation for the surrounding components.

Two different types of mounting are offered: conical, self-centering countersinks for fast and safe mounting, and cylindrical countersinks for precise positioning, with the possibility of readjustment of the profile rails during mounting.

For higher running quality, the raceways can be finished based on customer request.

Overall, this results in a high power density for the IBC ECO-Runner system and thus a high level of economic efficiency. The design of the support rail as a locating and non-locating bearing system enables a statically determined bearing arrangement even in the case of multiple bearing constructions, which ensures constant function at all times in the event of unavoidable tolerances or temperature fluctuations and changes in direction of force.
