IBC Precision - 60° - Axial - Angular contact ball bearing double row

Ball screws in machine tools drive workpieces and machine parts quickly, efficiently and precisely. The rolling bearing series BSD and BSDF were developed for uncomplicated and easy-to-fit ball screw bearing arrangements. The double-row precision 60 ° ball screw support  bearings provide the user with a high-precision (P4), high load-carrying, low-friction and rigid bearing arrangement for the ball screw spindle.

They convince through easy installation and low-maintenance and thus economical use. This results in an optimization of the overall machine tool system for users. The double-row ball screw support bearings are available in a standard design and a heavy series. The heavy series has a larger pitch circle with the same shaft diameter and higher load ratings due to larger rolling elements. Both series can support loads with predominantly axial forces due to the 60° contact angle. For very high axial loads,  two paired double-row precision 60° ball screw support bearings can be used.

These are marked with the suffix .DBM-2. The rolling bearing rings are matched in such a way that a defined preload is obtained in the mounted condition with precision locknut. The design BSDF of the double row precision 60° ball screw support  bearings allows the rolling bearing to be screwed directly onto the adjacent component or into a radial locating bore without additional housing parts. In addition, a circumferential extraction groove supports simple dismounting from a locating bore. A further feature is the relubrication channels, which are closed with detachable grub screws.

Both series are sealed on both sides as standard and greased with a high-performance lubricant whose lubricity lasts for the entire bearing service life in the majority of applications.

IBC Axial Angular Contact Ball Bearings for Joining Modules

Applications

Automation and energy-saving processes have long since ceased to be just a trend. They have arrived in everyday life and are an absolute necessity. This is also evident in assembly. For example, electrically driven joining modules are increasingly being used as presses. The important factors here are flexibility, infeed speed and precision. To absorb the axial forces during joining, double-row 60° ball screw support bearings of types BSD and BSDF are ideal. They are suitable for high speeds, can perform the idle stroke as quickly as possible and, thanks to integrated preload, run smoothly and have a long service life. The BSDF flange design is also particularly easy to install. Please contact our application engineers (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.).
