IBC deep groove ball bearings

Single row IBC deep groove ball bearings are versatile. They are simple in design and due to their low frictional torque suitable for high speeds and insensitive in operation and maintenance. Due to the possibility to absorb radial as well as limited axial forces, deep groove ball bearings are the most frequently used bearing types.

Deep groove ball bearings are manufactured by IBC in different series, i.e. with different cross sections in many variants to suit the respective application. Deep groove ball bearings of the basic design are manufactured open on both sides. A seal on one or both sides of the bearings is provided as standard with shields, with contacting or non-contacting seals. The deep groove ball bearings that are sealed on both sides are manufactured with different grease types and filling grades, depending on the requirements. Due to their low friction as well as the possibility of manufacturing with high accuracy and in low-noise design, deep groove ball bearings are often used in small and medium-sized electric motors. IBC deep groove ball bearings are also manufactured as matched bearing pairs. As standard, these are supplied with cages made of phenolic resin (TB) and with defined axial internal clearance in the O arrangement (DB). In addition, a single seal is also available. Please contact our technical team if you have any questions regarding other variants of matching. IBC deep groove ball bearings can be manufactured with different cage and ball materials, also with ATCoat coated rings. IBC manufactures the standard series 60.., 62.. and 63.. as well as the bearings of series 618.. and 619.. frequently used in light and compact designs. with a small cross-section. Bearings of the narrow series 160... complete the range.

In addition to these standard deep groove ball bearings, IBC also manufactures other deep groove ball bearings in precision design. For information on accuracies, cage and ball materials, please refer to the details under "Precision deep groove ball bearings".
