The management and executives are primarily responsible for the fulfilment of a consistent and continuous quality policy.

Through their example and behaviour, they lead all employees towards the jointly agreed goals.

This also includes compliance with ecological and labour law standards that apply equally to employees and suppliers. This common goal orientation and constructive teamwork leads to a permanent improvement in the performance of products and processes.

Continuous staff training and intensive, partnership-based cooperation with customers and suppliers as well as contact with universities serve to define common goals and form the basis for the TQM system introduced at IBC. Continuous quality controls integrated into the production process ensure a consistently high level of quality for all our products.

Our efficient quality management system is implemented and certified according to ISO 9001:2015 for the design, development, production and sales of rolling bearings and linear guides.
