IBC TELESCOPIC-Runner

Telescopic rolling bearings

IBC FLEXY-Runner

IBC TELESCOPIC-Runners are high quality, precise and very compact telescopic roller bearings, available as partial and full extension designs. Both cage guided and roller guided versions are available.

In an outer profile rail, a cage-guided inner profile is moved via balls and thus generates the extension. In variants with rollers, these are fixed to the intermediate segment of the telescopic guide. In the cage guidance system, the balls run with no play, as in a rolling bearing, in appropriately profiled ball raceways in which they roll precisely, in a precise linear movement over four contact points. In the track roller guidance system, the rollers run in the same way in the identical raceways.

The minimal friction in both the track roller and ball guideways allows very low displacement and acceleration forces while maintaining high stiffness.

In addition, the four contact points ensure low-noise operation even at high loads and operating speeds. The compact design of the IBC telescopic roller bearings favours their use in tight installation spaces.

IBC linear motion bearings are characterised by their high load capacity, service life, stiffness, smooth running as well as by their compact design and easy mounting.

LCAE series

The LCAE series allows partial extension. The length of the slider bar corresponds to the length of the outer profile rail. The movements of the slider bar achieve a stroke that is greater than half the installation length of the outer profile rail.

LCAD series

The LCAD series allows full extension. Both runner bars are screwed together to form the middle telescopic segment. The stroke is slightly longer than the actual installation length of the outer profile rail. The design results in approximately the same basic load ratings in the various mounting positions.

LCAH series

The LCAH series allows full extension. By joining the outer profiles, an H-profile is created as the middle segment. This series is characterized by high rigidity and high basic radial load ratings.

LCAS and LCBS series

The LCAS and LCBS series allow full extension. In these series, the outer profile rail is arranged in an S-shaped support profile, thus offering a considerable reduction in overall width, but on the other hand also high load capacities and high bending stiffness.

Depending on the variant of this series, single-sided or double-sided pull outs are available.
