IBC spherical roller bearings

If the heaviest loads are demanded of bearings, spherical roller bearings are used. They have barrel-shaped rollers as rolling elements, which are arranged in two rows next to each other. The inner ring has two separate raceways. Since both rows of rollers roll in a common outer ring raceway, shaft deflections and misalignments of the bearing seat locations are compensated. They absorb high radial and relatively high axial forces in both directions and are designed for medium speeds. The inner rings are optionally manufactured with a cylindrical or tapered bore.

IBC spherical roller bearings are manufactured in the series 222.., 223.., 230.., 232.., 239.., 240.., 241.. not only with steel cages but also with brass cages. A special version of the IBC spherical roller bearings are the vibrating screen bearings. For further information please refer to IBC Special Bearings.
